John Graves’ letter to the TCEQ on the Brazos water ‘shrinkage’

In 2005 John Graves, author of the classic Goodbye a River, wrote the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality expressing his concern after the “increasingly great and damaging shrinkage in flow” in the Brazos from the Lake Granbury dam to Lake Whitney.
